Family Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences at PS/IS 210
At PS/IS 210, we believe that strong partnerships between families and educators are essential to student success. To support this collaboration, parent-teacher conferences are scheduled three times throughout the academic year. These conferences provide valuable opportunities for students, parents or guardians, and teachers to come together and discuss each child’s academic progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
In addition to these scheduled meetings, we recognize that concerns or questions may arise at any point during the school year. If a parent, guardian, or teacher feels that a conference is needed outside of the regular schedule, we encourage you to reach out. Appointments can be arranged at any time to ensure that we are working together to support your child’s learning and development.
Curriculum Night at PS/IS 210
Every fall, PS/IS 210 invites families to join us for Curriculum Night, a special event that helps build strong connections between home and school.
This evening is a great chance for parents and guardians to:
- Meet their child’s teacher
- Get to know other staff members
- Connect with other families in the school community
During Curriculum Night, teachers will share:
- An overview of what students will learn during the school year
- Classroom expectations and goals
- Tips on how families can support learning at home
Families are encouraged to ask questions and learn more about how they can be involved in their child’s education. We look forward to welcoming you and working together to support student success!
