Coping with Conflict While at Home - Parents Workshop
Presented by: Ramapo for Children
We invite all families to join us for an important and supportive workshop focused on helping both adults and children navigate conflicts that arise at home. During this session, we will explore the common challenges and emotional “triggers” that families experience in their day‑to‑day interactions. Parents and caregivers will learn practical, easy-to-use tools to manage overwhelming feelings—both their own and their children’s—while building calmer, more positive routines at home.
This workshop will help participants:
- Understand the root causes of family conflict
- Recognize personal triggers and stress responses
- Learn strategies to de-escalate emotional moments
- Build communication skills to strengthen relationships
- Create a more peaceful home environment
This is a wonderful opportunity to gain useful skills, connect with other families, and receive guidance from professionals dedicated to family well‑being.
We encourage all parents and caregivers to attend!
